Program Manager

The mission of the Program Manager is to deliver capital projects timely, efficiently, under budget and to present an annual budget document that is transparent, attractive and that is easily interpreted by the tax payers.

Program Management Operations

The Program Manager directly reports to the Assistant City Manager. Some of the Program Manager's duties are monthly and quarterly project reporting, project budgets monitoring, project contract coordination, obtaining project related ROW easements, project required permitting, assisting Department Directors with RFPs/ITBs and RFQs as well as assisting in some review processes. The Program Manager also directly manages some projects. The Program Manager carries out special assignments as directed by the City Manager and assist the City Manager in the annual budget document.
